If we decide that virtual sessions work best for you, we will meet virtually over a secure site that will be provided to you prior to your session. Most therapy types can be offered via Telehealth, as well as in person.

We do offer in-person sessions. Our office is located in White Salmon, WA. Contact us today and we can help you decide if in-person or virtual appointments work best for you!

We are in-network with a select few insurance companies. Alpine Christian Counseling is also an out-of-network provider. This means that clients who do not carry the insurance that we accept, they are required to pay each session fee immediately following their appointment.

We can provide you with a monthly Superbill to submit to your insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits, insurance companies will usually reimburse the client directly, however, this is coordinated between client and insurance company.

We always recommend calling your insurance company to verify benefits prior to starting counseling services, as we cannot guarantee reimbursement, and are not responsible for coordinating reimbursement.

The cost per session ranges depending on who you see and what kind of therapy you are receiving.

Every individual is different in regard to their needs and outcomes from therapy. Many clients, as well as research indicate that EMDR sessions result in quicker outcomes as opposed to traditional talk therapy.
